1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@divinediamondd.com or call 435-491-2121 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that returns without a valid RAN may not be accepted.

  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels. Write the RAN on the outside of the package and ship it to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

  4. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is approved for a return, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or color, please contact our customer service team at info@divinediamondd.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability and can only be processed for items of equal or lesser value. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return and new shipment of the exchanged item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect when received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return label and cover the return shipping costs. Once we have received the damaged or defective item, we will either:

  • Provide a full refund.
  • Send you a replacement item, depending on stock availability and your preference.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
